1. Initial Consultation & Vision Planning

  • Highlight specific interests, such as: plant preferences, sustainable landscaping, outdoor living areas, or specific water features.

• Ideas & Conceptual Design Discussion

  • Discuss initial design ideas and layout possibilities.

  • Review client’s preference for either a full design and build service, DIY approach, or hybrid options.

2. Landscape Design Options for Various Client Preferences

• Design & Installation Service

  • Full-service package where the Aynes Landscape division designs the space and manages the complete installation.

  • Project management from start to finish, including sourcing materials, construction, planting, and final touches.

• DIY Homeowner Landscaping Design

  • Provide a detailed, custom landscape design for homeowners who wish to install the project themselves.

  • Offer plant selection, placement guides, and instructions for implementation.

• Pre-Designed Customizable Landscape Plans

  • Offer pre-designed landscaping plans that can be tailored to individual needs.

  • Flexibility for the homeowner to either install the design independently or have our professional team complete the installation.

3. Final Design, Approval, & Build Process

• Detailed Design Plan & Visualization

  • Creation of scaled design drawings, 3D renderings, and/or mood boards to help visualize the final space.

• Plan Approval & Revisions

  • Review of the design with the client, with options for adjustments and customization.

• Construction & Installation

  • Step-by-step build process, including site preparation, hardscape installation, planting, irrigation setup, and final finishing touches.

• Quality Assurance & Final Walkthrough

  • Once Aynes has completed the installation, we do a thorough walkthrough of the finished project with the client, ensuring every aspect meets their expectations.

4. Post-Installation Support & Maintenance

• Ongoing Support

  • Provide guidance on how to maintain and care for the new landscape.

• Optional Maintenance Loyalty Program
